I'm not getting push notifications - how do I fix it?

Push only works in the native iPhone / Android app (not in the browser). Quick checklist:

  1. OS-level permission: iPhone → Settings → Notifications → Golf with Mates → Allow Notifications on. Android → Settings → Apps → Golf with Mates → Notifications → allow.
  2. In-app preferences: open Profile → Notifications and confirm the categories you care about (round invites, scores, settlements) are toggled on.
  3. Signed in on this device: notifications go to the device where you're actively signed in. If you switched phones, sign in on the new one and open the app once so it can register.
  4. App is up to date: install the latest version from the App Store / Google Play - older builds may have known push issues.
  5. Do Not Disturb / Focus modes: check your phone isn't silencing notifications for the app.

Still nothing after 24 hours? Email hello@golfwithmates.com with your account email and phone model and we'll look at the delivery logs.
